In March the National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) will be for all students in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 in all government and non-government schools. This program, which has the support of all State and Territory Education Ministers, will assess the literacy and numeracy learning of students in all Australian schools. In New South Wales the NAPLAN tests will commence on Wednesday 13th March 2024. The tests will run over several days with nominated breaks in between each test. We request if your student has headphones at home that they bring these to school. Please see attached further information. If you have any questions please contact our office.
Students have been selected to accompany the school steers to the R.A.S Ryal Easter Show. Selected students will bring home a permission slip that will need to be returned to our office. The cost of this excursion is $250.00. If you have any questions please contact our office at any time.
