How Scone High School is inspiring excellence
A connected learning community from K-12
Through the BEAMS Learning Community, Scone High School partners with local primary schools to create a connected learning journey from Kindergarten to Year 12. Shared academic, sporting, leadership and creative arts opportunities help students build friendships, develop confidence and strengthen their sense of belonging, creating connections that support a positive transition to high school.
Opportunities to discover, grow and excel
Every student has opportunities to discover their strengths, explore new interests and achieve their personal best. Through programs such as STEER Leadership, Agriculture, BALLERS, IGNITE and Performing Arts, students develop practical skills, build confidence and explore their talents. These experiences encourage students to challenge themselves and discover new possibilities for success in and beyond the classroom.
Student voices shaping our school
At Scone High School, students are encouraged to share their ideas, take on leadership roles and make a positive difference in their school community. Through the Student Representative Council (SRC), Student Voice Collective and leadership opportunities, students develop confidence, communication and decision-making skills while helping shape a school culture where their voices are heard and valued.
